Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation. A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.   American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
