The kitchen is fully stocked including all the necessities of home and together with the dining room feature custom made log furniture. Second floor offers a master bedroom with a queen custom made log bed, TV/DVD and a private master bathroom with 2 sinks, walk in shower and a Jacuzzi. The home features a game room/family room with flat screen TV, Air Hockey Table, Ping-Pong Table and Electronic Dart Board Game, full size sleeper and twin size sleeper which can be used for additional sleeping area. The game room leads to the fourth bedroom which has a king size bed and TV/DVD. The loft offers additional sleeping area with a queen bed. This home comes with laundry room with washer and dryer. Within walking distance from the Clubhouse. this home is everything you've ever wanted in a vacation home and more! The spacious front deck offers outdoor seating and a charcoal grill, perfect for those warm summer nights. A fire pit in the back.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 12 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation. A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover only.
