This new 5 bedroom custom home offers everything and more for the perfect family getaway.  This home offers a full kitchen with dishwasher, dining area and living room with gas fireplace and flat screen tv.   The main floor also offers 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed.  Hallway bathroom with a shower.   The finished basement completes this experience with a family room, pool table and whirlpool tub.  There are also 3 additional bedrooms downstairs each with a queen bed.  Basement also has a hallway bathroom with shower and washer and dyer.  Outside you have a spectacular view of the golf course, firepit, deck and charcoal grill.

This home requires 3 night stays during the Peak Season and Holidays. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay.  Weekly discounts are available. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation.  A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.
