This home requires weekly stays only (Saturday-Saturday) during the Peak Season (June 12 through August 21, 2010). A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day and New Year's Eve weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay.  Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation.  A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.   American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
