Private master bedroom with king bed, TV and a private bathroom complete with a whirlpool tub. Additional half bath on main floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and TV. There is a full bathroom in the hallway between the two bedrooms. The lower level boasts a finished basement with a cozy family room equipped with a large flat screen TV w/satellite, a home theater system and DVD player. There is also a pool table, dart board and many board games. Two more bedrooms each with a queen bed and tv, also a full bathroom in the hallway. Outside offers a front wrap around deck, a covered rear deck, charcoal grill and a firepit. Close the golf course, Restaurant and Clubhouse. Garage not included.
This home requires weekly rentals only (Sat-Sat) during the Peak Season and Holiday Season (June 12 through August 21, 2010). Memorial Day and New Year's Eve weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season.Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps 14 GUESTS MAXIMUM Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. All reservations are subject to a non-refundable $25 Reservation Fee upon making the reservation. A $500 Security Deposit is required at check-in.
