Left with its natural surroundings butting up to the 9th hole tee box, this NEW four bedroom two bath log sided ranch style home is your Northwoods getaway. Relax on the the front covered porch or enjoy the wooded surroundings from the deck facing the golf course. Enjoy an evening bonfire with family and friends around your private firepit area. Inside, enjoy a collection of favorite pasttimes shown throughout the house such as golfing, cycling, boating, and fishing. The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, an oversized ottoman to curl up in, various board games and a coffee table that converts into chess, checkers and a backgammon board. The family room is open to the kitchen and dining and offers a gas fireplace with a flat screen TV mounted above with surround sound, VCR, and DVD player. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 sitting chairs, TV, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and shower. The second and third bedrooms have a queen size bed and TV. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed featuring a twin bed above and a queen bed on the bottom, TV, DVD/VCR, Playstation 2, toys and games - the perfect room for the kids. The full kitchen includes a dishwasher and all major and small appliances. The laundry room has a washer and dryer. The deck offers additional outdoor dining and a charcoal grill, table and chairs, and a picnic table. You're just a short walk from the new clubhouse and indoor pool on a quiet cul-de-sac.
This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly rental required for fourth of July. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. All homes are subject to a $25 non-refundable reservation fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver fee, a $250 security deposit is required for Memorial Day weekend and New Year's Eve weekend. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 13 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night. Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
