The family room has a queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace and patio door opening up to the large deck facing the golf course. The living room has a TV/VCR and Playstaion 2 and is open to the kitchen and dining area.  The home also features many different board games for your family's enjoyment.  The full kitchen offers ample cupboard and counter space and has a dishwasher. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms have a queen size bed in each and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. Each room themed with your vacation comfort in mind. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the natural setting of the backyard.

This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 non-refundable Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation, a $250 security deposit is required for Memorial Day weekend and New Year's Eve weekend.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.
