This new 4 bedroom 3 bath ranch style home actually offers 2 levels of living area with a lower level family room and game room. Located in the newest area of the resort in a quiet cul de sac facing the golf course and just a short distance from the new indoor pool complex and restaurant. The main floor features the master bedroom with a king size bed and your own private bath with whirlpool tub. You also have a TV with DVD player making this your retreat room. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom each have a queen size bed and the main full bath is situated between them. The large living room has a gas fireplace, queen sofa sleeper, TV/DVD/VCR and an open concept to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen offers all the comforts of home including a dishwasher. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. Head downstairs to the lower level and you will find the 4th bedroom with a queen size bed. There is another full bath with shower on this level. The family room boasts a pool table, foosball table, wet bar with mini fridge, TV/DVD and PS2, please bring your own games. There are 2 queen sofa sleepers for additional sleeping. Outside, you have a large deck with table, chairs, gas grill and a fire pit for evening bon fires with your family. This home allows small dogs only with a 2 dog maximum. Pet charge is an additional $10 per pet per night.

This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability.
This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 14 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 8 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 Reservation Fee. This home requires $500 security deposit due at check in: credit card or cash only.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay. American Express, Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.
