The other 2 bedrooms each have a queen size bed. The 2nd bath is located in the hallway between the bedrooms and offers a tub and shower. The family room has a gas fireplace, mounted flat screen TV /DVD and queen sofa sleeper. This room is open to the dining and kitchen area. The full kitchen with dishwasher has a breakfast bar with stools and ample counter and storage space for preparing meals and is adjacent to the dining room. The front living room has a queen sofa sleeper, mounted flat screen TV/DVD. You have a large deck with table and chairs, picnic table, charcoal grill and fire pit for evening bonfires.  Creekside location!  Take a stroll and discover nature and a trickling waterfall.

This home requires a 3 night stay during the Peak and Holiday Season. A 2 night stay is required during Off Season and Value Season. Memorial Day weekend requires a 3 night minimum stay. Weekly discounts are available. Please call direct for season rates and availability. This home sleeps a MAXIMUM OF 10 GUESTS. Rates for this home are based on 6 people over the age of 3 years old; additional person charge is $10 per person/per night.  All reservations are subject to a $25 non-refundable Reservation Fee and a $25 non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee upon making the reservation, a $250 security deposit is required for Memorial Day weekend and New Year's Eve weekend.  Reservations must be made direct and require a credit card payment for half the stay.
