In addition to whole ownership, Spring Brook is now offering a new innovative fractional ownership structure, available in either 1/4 or 1/8 fractions that offers the joys and rewards of fully-deeded property ownership at just a fraction of the cost.
With fractional ownership at Spring Brook, you'll own either 6 weeks (1/8 share) or 12 weeks (1/4 share) per year. Fractional ownership is not timeshare. A fractional owner shares ownership of an entire property, whereas timeshare owners are sharing just the ownership of time. Plus, fractionals can build equity in the property over time, similar to the financial benefits of whole home ownership.
